Crispy Fried Vegetable Buns
I get inspired from everything, specially in cooking..Whenever we used to have any food in restaurants or anywhere, when i take the first bite, i used to think..Hmm how would they made it...This is what happened when i had a chinese roll from a nearby bakery. It is like a hot dog burger bun, split in the middle and stuffed with some veggie masala, but the outer crust was so crispy and the bun itself taste so soft and squidgy. It was so good.. BANG! that's what inspired me to create my own version.

When i was thinking about it, i know it has a bread crumbed coating on it, but it has this really dark exterior which was impossible to achieve when it is baked. Then only i realized that the bun was not baked it was fried. In that recipe, the bun was split open in the middle and was stuffed with the vegetable masala, but i decided to stuff it inside the dough itself and it worked. The taste was fantastic and you have to try it to believe it..
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..
